Nathan Walz

Nathan Walz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nathan is currently the Director of Recruiting & Talent Brand at LeapPoint since March 2022. Prior to that, Nathan worked as an Optimal Health & Performance Coach at JourneyToOptimalHealth.com, providing private coaching and support in various areas of health and well-being. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Lead Associate and Chief of Staff in the Strategic Innovation Group at Booz Allen Hamilton. Before that, Nathan held positions at CSC, where they worked as an Operations Manager in the Technology Consulting Group and later as a Recruiting Manager. Nathan began their career at Fannie Mae as a Sr. Financial Recruiter and later joined Mindbank Consulting Group as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and Director of Training and Implementation, where they recruited IT professionals and provided training and mentoring.

Nathan Walz completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Oswego from 1989 to 1994. Nathan also holds additional certifications, including "Managers as Multipliers of Well-Being" and "Recharge Your Energy for Peak Performance" from LinkedIn, obtained in October 2022. In addition, they obtained the "Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist (CCWS)" certification from CORPORATE HEALTH AND WELLNESS in January 2017.
