Rick Hancock has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rick started as a Senior Purchasing Executive at Ritz Camera Centers in 1997, where they reviewed buying agreements and negotiated product purchases with major Photographic and Electronics suppliers for 1200 retail stores across the United States. Rick also developed product category centric purchasing programs and added the National Cellular program as a new sales channel for the Ritz Camera retail chain.

In 1998, Hancock became the Executive Director of E-Commerce at Ritz Camera Centers and Boater's World, where they directed and developed the first e-Commerce enabled websites for these nationally known brick and mortar retailers. Rick'sresponsibilities included hiring IT, design, warehouse, order entry, and customer service staff, as well as purchasing equipment and software packages. Rick was accountable for budgets and played a key role in successfully launching Ritzcamera's website.

Hancock then transitioned to becoming the Chief Merchandising Officer at Ritz Interactive in 1998, where they created the first ecommerce-enabled website for Ritz Camera Centers. Sales across all sites in 2008 exceeded $110 million under their management. Rick hired personnel, purchased hardware and software, and developed backend workflow systems for managing item content.

In 2008, Hancock joined Ritz Camera Centers as the Director of Executive Relationships and Business Development for their eCommerce website, Ritzpix.com, and over 1,200 retail stores nationwide. Rick directed executive relationships and business development, as well as developed and directed expansion campaigns for nationally recognized corporate customers.

From 2009 to 2010, Hancock served as the President/Owner of DMH Consulting, eCommerce, where they focused on brand development, web traffic growth, web UI, and SEO efforts. Rick also provided strategic consulting and developed business plans and sales strategies for existing URLs and partner sites such as eBay and Amazon.

Hancock then worked at Comcast from 2009 to 2010 as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for regional sales growth and retention of assigned target market base. Rick designed, implemented, and managed overall territory team structure with direct reports, including administrative support personnel, supervisors, and direct sales representatives.

From 2010 to 2012, Hancock was a Business Sales Executive at Frontier Communications, selling telecommunication, data, and internet services and products in an assigned territory. Rick was responsible for contract renewals, additional services and product sales within an existing customer base, and providing integrated complex communication solutions.

From 2012 to 2014, Hancock worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at Cox Communications - Business, where they focused on territory management and sales leader development. Rick'sresponsibilities included regional sales growth and retention, as well as designing, implementing, and managing the overall territory team structure.

Most recently, starting in 2014 and continuing to the present, Hancock has been an Operations Manager at LeapPoint LLC and LeapPoint.

Rick Hancock attended Elon University from 1973 to 1977. Rick obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in History - Social Sciences during this time.
