Tara Boutwell

Tara Boutwell has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tara started their career at California State University in Chico, where they worked as an Admissions Office Transcript Student Assistant from July 2009 to November 2010.

Tara then moved on to HP, where they held the positions of Data Analyst Assistant from February 2011 to November 2011, and later as a Project Analyst/Data Analyst from November 2011 to July 2013.

In 2013, Tara joined Esurance as a Project Analyst, a role they held from July 2013 to September 2015. Tara then became a Product Implementation Project Manager from September 2015 to November 2017, where they managed the PMO Office and oversaw the implementation of more than 250 projects per year. Tara collaborated with various departments to streamline production and processes.

Since November 2017, Tara has been working at LeapPoint. Tara started as the Director of Integrations and currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Integration Implementations, a role they assumed in January 2021 and held until March 2021.

Tara's work experience reflects their expertise in project management, data analysis, and integration implementations.
