Andy Parker

Andy Parker has a wealth of experience in the marketing and business development sectors. Andy has been working in the industry since 2007. In 2011, they held a Customer Services Advisor role at Anglian Windows, a University summer vacation role taking inbound calls with queries of all kinds. Andy also held an Intern role at Sanctuary Search, where they supported the Director with day to day tasks, managed candidate applications and candidate vetting, and aided in business development. In 2012, they co-founded Incredibli, a groupfunding platform, and also held a Student Ambassador role at the University of East Anglia. In 2013, they co-founded Zealify, a startup providing a marketplace platform to discover the most exciting companies to work for in the UK. From 2016 to 2019, they were with Udacity, a late-stage startup headquartered in Silicon Valley offering online courses for the Digital Economy, where they held various roles including Growth Manager, Europe, Growth Manager, UK, and Student Success & Careers, UK. Currently, they are the Head Of Marketing at Leapsome, a platform for Performance Management & Employee Engagement.

Andy Parker has a diverse educational background. In 2017, they completed the Data Foundations Nanodegree Program at Udacity, focusing on Excel, SQL, and Tableau. From 2009 to 2012, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of East Anglia. Prior to that, they completed their A-Levels at Chesham High School from 2002 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Marketing Strategy from Reforge (2021), Advanced Growth Strategy from Reforge (2019), and Inbound Certification from HubSpot (2015).
