Catherine Donaghy

Catherine Donaghy is an experienced professional in customer success and learning and development, currently serving as Associate CS Principal and Senior Customer Success Coach at Leapsome since July 2022. Previously, Catherine held the role of Project & Qualifications Consultant at Deutsche Bahn, where training initiatives were developed for over 1,000 employees, and worked at E.ON Business Services as a Talent Diagnostics and Executive Recruitment Consultant. Catherine’s career began at NatWest Group, where extensive learning programs for 14,000 employees in Corporate Banking were managed. Educational background includes a BA (Hons) in International Business & Modern Languages from the University of Strathclyde and an Applied Diploma in Corporate Banking from the IFS School of Finance, complemented by studies in French, German, and Business Studies at the University of Bayreuth.
