Henrik Steensen

Henrik Steensen has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Henrik began their career as a Praktikant im Financial Consulting at KPMG in 2014, and then worked as a Praktikant im Bereich Supply-Chain-Performance Management at BASF in 2015. Henrik also worked as an Intern at Bain & Company in 2015. In 2016, they moved to undconsorten LLP as an Intern, and then to undconsorten as a Project Manager in 2017. Most recently, they were appointed as Head of Strategic Projects at Leapsome in 2022.

Henrik Steensen completed a Bachelor in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Mannheim from 2011 to 2014. In 2013, they attended the Queensland University of Technology for Business Administration. From 2014 to 2017, they obtained a Master of Science in Mannheim Master in Management from the University of Mannheim. Henrik also holds a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
