Jana Sefzik

Jana Sefzik has four years of work experience. Jana began in 2019 as an Intern Admission Management and Sales at Munich Business School. Jana then became a Working Student Admission Management and Sales at the same school. In 2021, they moved to Celonis, where they held the roles of Working Student Global Talent Acquisition Enablement and Global Talent Acquisition Enablement Intern. Currently, they are a Finance Analyst at Leapsome and a Strategic Business Consultant at The Rent Company. During the latter role, they completed a 60-page thesis in collaboration with a fellow student, which was presented to two professors from Vlerick Business School and the entire management team of The Rent Company.

Jana Sefzik has an extensive education history. From 2008 to 2017, they attended the Franz-Marc-Gymnasium, graduating with an Abitur in 2017. From 2014 to 2015, they attended the Clear Creek Amana Community School District, earning a Certificate of Completion for their High School Exchange Year. Jana then attended Munich Business School from 2018 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Business. In 2020, they attended the International School of Business in Dublin for additional studies in International Business. Jana is currently enrolled at Vlerick Business School, where they are pursuing a Master's degree in International Management and Strategy.
