Jonas Boeckmann has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 when they were a freelance writer for a local newspaper. In 2012, they became a student assistant for public relations at Leuphana University of Lüneburg. In 2014, they interned in product and brand management for various FMCG brands at Brown-Forman. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at McKinsey & Company in various roles, including Jr. Employer Branding Specialist and Intern. In 2020, they were a Fellow at Work4Germany, participating in a 6-month fellowship program at DigitalService4Germany. Currently, they are working at Leapsome as Team Lead - Customer Growth US and Senior Customer Success Manager - Customer Growth, where they have partnered with 100+ forward-thinking customers and managed key accounts, achieving record-low churn rates and growing their customer portfolio net revenue by more than 20% yoy.

Jonas Boeckmann has an extensive educational history. Jonas obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration & Psychology from Leuphana University of Lüneburg between 2011 and 2015. Jonas then attended Drury University for an exchange semester in 2013. From 2016 to 2018, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management & Information Systems from Copenhagen Business School and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management from University of Mannheim. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Frontline Sales Manager School from Pavilion in May 2022, AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2020, and Launching Breakthrough Technologies from Harvard University in July 2019.
