Willow Thompson has a diverse work experience in marketing and content roles. Willow is currently working as a Content Marketing Lead at Leapsome. Prior to that, they worked at Pitch as a Content Campaign Lead and Senior Content Manager where they played a significant role in establishing Pitch's template gallery and executing SEO strategy. Willow also worked as a Content Marketing and PR Manager at HomeToGo, where they successfully executed content marketing campaigns and secured coverage in high-tier publications. Willow has also worked as a Freelance Content Writer & Editor at GetYourGuide, Marketing Manager at Perkbox, Campaign Manager at Karmarama, and in project-based roles at Noisy Little Monkey Ltd and Graduate Promotions. Additionally, they participated in the Advertising Summer School program at AMV BBDO where they gained skills in planning, presentation, and group work.

Willow Thompson attended the University of Bristol from 2012 to 2015, where they received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended Reigate Sixth Form College from 2010 to 2012. Before their college education, Willow studied at Reigate School from 2005 to 2010.
