Alex Thomas

Alex Thomas is a finance and operations expert currently serving as the Head of Finance and Operations at Leapwork since July 2023, with previous experience as an Accounting Manager at Diligent and roles in various finance and accounting capacities at reputable organizations including PwC and Entrepreneurs First. At Leapwork, Alex manages finance across over eight global entities and has successfully implemented ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency. Notable achievements throughout the career include structuring finance functions in the EMEA region, developing tools to improve financial reporting, and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with multiple accounting standards. Alex holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Exeter, a Master’s in International Business Management from Middlesex University, and an ICAEW Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business.
