Sandeep Kumar

Sandeep Kumar is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud operations and IT management. Currently serving as Cloud Ops Lead at Leapwork since February 2021, Sandeep has played a crucial role in enhancing automation platforms. Prior to Leapwork, Sandeep held the position of IT Incharge at Dodsal E & C Pte Ltd, where responsibilities included managing a significant budget for IT operations, shaping virtualization strategies, and implementing ITIL-based policies. Sandeep's career also includes roles at HCL Infosystems Ltd. as Information Technology Site Manager, where oversight encompassed service management and team leadership, and as IT Support Engineer at LeEco, focusing on server implementation and maintenance. Sandeep commenced a technical career as Sr. Technical Support Engineer at HCL Infosystems Ltd. and previously managed IT operations for Fortis Healthcare Management. Sandeep obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Rajasthan University.
