Steven Sheppard

Steven Sheppard is a Customer Success Leader at Leapwork, with extensive experience in enterprise software and digital services. Previously, they held key positions such as Head of Customer Success for Northern Europe at Sprinklr, and Senior Director of Customer Success at Digital River and Isobar. They have been instrumental in growing high-performing teams and managing complex client relationships for major brands. Steven studied at Nottingham Trent University from 1997 to 1999.
