ABRICHA Abdennour possesses extensive experience in production management within the automotive industry. At Aptiv from March 2019 to May 2022 as a Production Coordinator, ABRICHA managed a team of 5 shift leaders, 22 supervisors, and over 1,086 operators while organizing resources, preparing for new projects, and ensuring production objectives were met. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Lear Corporation since June 2022, ABRICHA previously held the position of Production Manager at Industrie ILPEA - Galvarplast Automotive from November 2014 to March 2019, overseeing quality, costs, deadlines, and personnel performance. ABRICHA holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Management and Organization from the Faculté des Sciences et Techniques de Tanger.
