Aditya Oberoi

Aditya Oberoi is a seasoned finance and strategy professional currently serving as Vice President of Finance, Strategy & Business Transformation at Lear Corporation since June 2020. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, leading cash initiatives that have unlocked over $125 million in free cash flow, and formulating long-term strategies aligned with automotive sector trends. Previously, Aditya held leadership roles at Group 1 Automotive and Millennium Management, as well as co-managing a global automotive portfolio at CDPQ. Aditya also has experience in equity research at Goldman Sachs and engineering at TVS Motor Company, complemented by an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Management Development Institute, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College. Additionally, Aditya serves as a board member for the Economic Development Corporation in Oakland County and the Board of Review in Birmingham, Michigan.
