Adriana Kodato

Adriana Kodato is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in diverse HR management roles across South America. They served as HR Manager at Milliken & Company and Sage Automotive Interiors from 2003 to 2013, and later became HR Manager for South America at Imerys, where they worked from 2013 to 2022. Currently, Adriana holds the position of Senior HR Manager for Strategy and Transformation at Ball Corporation and will transition to a Senior Human Resources Manager role at Lear Corporation in 2025. They studied Administração de Serviços at Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes and completed a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Administration at FAAP, while currently pursuing further education at Insper.
