Aissam Chaouki

Aissam Chaouki currently serves as the HR Director for France, Spain, and North Africa at Lear Corporation, a position held since March 2014, overseeing talent management and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company's values. In addition to this role, Aissam acts as an HR Business Partner for the Electrical Europe & Africa team, focusing on employee relations and leadership development. Prior to this, Aissam was the Plant Manager at Lear Automotive Electronics Morocco from November 2010 to March 2014 and held various positions at STMicroelectronics, including Human Resources Director, Technical Director, Operation Manager, and Quality Engineer from November 1987 to October 2010. Aissam Chaouki holds a PhD in Physics of Semiconductor from Université Bordeaux I and completed a Master’s degree and Licence in Physics from Faculté de Sciences Fes.
