Al DeVore

Al DeVore is currently a Plant Manager at Lear Corporation, having been promoted in 2015 after serving as Operations Manager. With a strong background in human resources and operations, Al previously held the position of Human Resources Director at PACCAR's Peterbilt Denton Plant, managing health and safety, compensation, and employee relations for approximately 2,500 employees. Al has a proven track record as a strategic problem-solver, focusing on aligning human resources with operational goals to drive cultural change and improve employee engagement. Al's educational background includes a BS in Management/Human Resources from New Jersey City University and completion of the Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
