Alan Sibley

Alan Sibley has over two decades of experience in commercial and engineering roles within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Commercial Director at Lear Corporation since February 2014, Alan has previously held positions as Commercial Manager and Key Account Manager within the company. Prior experience includes Key Account Manager roles at Webasto-Edscha Cabrio and Edscha, as well as an Engineering Manager position at Systematic Drill Head Company Ltd. Alan's career began as an Engineer at Durr Ltd. Alan holds an HND in Mechanical Engineering from Coventry College of FE.
