Alberto Rosales

Alberto Rosales is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and management. Currently serving as Director de Operaciones and General Manager at Lear Corporation since December 2016, Alberto has previously held significant roles at ZF Group, where responsibilities included overseeing facility results and maximizing productivity as Plant Manager, and managing manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance as Manufacturing Manager. Prior experience at Federal Mogul included overseeing spark plug assembly operations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring production efficiency. Alberto holds a degree in Industrial Administration from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and is Black Belt Certified in Lean Six Sigma from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
