Alejandro Rivera

Alejandro Rivera is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management, currently serving as the HR GBS EDM Regional Lead at Lear Corporation since August 2013. In this role, Alejandro oversees HR functions for 5 facilities and 15,000 employees, previously holding positions such as Regional Human Resources Manager and Plant HR Manager for 2,500 employees. Alejandro's expertise extends to administration of benefits programs for Mexico and Honduras, compensation, and talent acquisition. Prior to joining Lear Corporation, Alejandro worked at ADP as a Payroll Specialist and began at Lear Corporation in May 2008 as an HR Supervisor. Alejandro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science from FCA and Universidad Autonoma de Chihuahua, both earned between 2001 and 2006.
