Alexandra Bahm

Alexandra Bahm possesses a solid background in continuous improvement and library services, with experience as a Library Collection Student Assistant at Kettering University from October 2019 to June 2023. In addition, Alexandra worked at Lear Corporation as a NA JIT Operations Continuous Improvement Co-op from January 2023 to September 2023, where a notable project led to a 54% defect reduction and over $50,000 in savings through a Six Sigma Green Belt Process Improvement Project.
