Alisson Ferreira

Alisson Ferreira is a production manager at Lear Corporation, responsible for the sequential production of electrical systems for the automotive industry. They previously served as a process engineer at the same company and as a manufacturing analyst at Delphi. Alisson began their career as a production operator and has continually sought qualifications and promotions, ultimately achieving a supervisory role. With a strong focus on improving working conditions and fostering teamwork, Alisson takes pride in having earned the GPTW certification. They hold a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Faculdade Pitágoras and a technical degree in Mechanics from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais.
