Alla Rapanova has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and human resources within the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Lear Corporation since May 2013, Rapanova oversees recruitment for a global leader in automotive seating and electrical power management systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Recruiter at RusVinyl LLC and as an HR Manager at Owens Corning, along with a position as a Senior Consultant at Megapolis from 2006 to 2010. Rapanova holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod, completed in 2001.
