Amy Doyle is Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Lear Corporation. She oversees Lear’s global accounting and internal control functions, including policies, procedures, SEC reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Doyle began her career at Lear in 1999 as Manager, Financial Reporting. Since then, she served as Director, Financial Reporting, and Assistant Corporate Controller. Previously, she was an audit manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.
Doyle earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and a master’s degree in accounting from Walsh College. She is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
