Andri Kusmana

Andri Kusmana is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Country Human Resources Manager at Lear Corporation since August 2019, Andri has previously held the position of Plant Human Resources Manager at Mondelēz International from October 2017 to August 2019. Earlier roles include HRGA & IT Senior Manager and HRGA & IT Manager at PT. Lotte Indonesia from January 2015 to September 2017, as well as various HR positions at Denso Manufacturing Indonesia (formerly ASMO Indonesia) between March 2001 and December 2014, culminating as HR Manager.
