Andrzej Kornas

Andrzej Kornas has extensive experience in engineering and business development within the automotive industry, currently serving as the Engineering Business Development Manager EE at LEAR Corporation since September 1997. Key responsibilities include managing the planning and launch of new projects, overseeing production transfers, and handling key investments related to facilities and equipment. Previous roles at LEAR Corporation include Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager, among others. Prior to LEAR, Andrzej Kornas worked as an FEA analyst at OBR SM Bosmal from 1995 to 1997. Andrzej holds a Master of Engineering in Machine Building from Lodz University of Technology and a postgraduate degree in business management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach.
