Anna Szewczyk

Anna Szewczyk is an experienced recruitment professional with a focus on the Eastern European market, currently serving as HR GBS Recruitment Lead at Lear Corporation since November 2020. In this role, Anna oversees recruitment efforts for nine countries. Previously, Anna spent over seven years at Hays, where roles included Manager of Engineering, Senior Recruiter, and Team Leader in Engineering, contributing to the firm’s recognition as the best Recruitment Agency in Engineering and Manufacturing at the CEE Manufacturing Award 2016. Anna's early career included positions at DPM Sp. z o.o. and Hays Poland, specializing in recruiting across various sectors including engineering, sales, and IT. Anna holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Silesia and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach.
