Arnaldo Silva has extensive experience in the engineering field, currently serving as a Product Engineering Manager at Lear Corporation since September 2007, after progressing through roles as Product Engineering Supervisor and Product Engineer. Prior to this, Arnaldo gained experience as a Trainee at Bosch from November 2006 to July 2007 and at General Motors in 2006. Arnaldo holds a Master’s degree in Gestão de Projetos from Fundação Vanzolini, completed between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engenharia Mecânica from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, obtained from 2002 to 2009.
