Barbara Siara

Barbara Siara is a leader in occupational health and safety at Lear Corporation, where they managed safety initiatives from 2019. Previously, Barbara held various roles in health and safety, including positions at Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów and O-I, where they contributed to risk assessment and workplace safety protocols.
