Carl Rathbone has extensive experience in the automotive industry, holding various engineering roles since 2002. At Saic Automotive, Carl Rathbone served as the Icem Surfacing & Model Stack Manager from June 2002 to April 2007. Subsequently, Carl Rathbone worked at Bentley Motors Ltd from April 2007 to August 2011 as an Interior Feasibility Manager. In July 2011, Carl Rathbone joined Tata Motors as both an Interior Launch Engineer and Interior Console Engineer until December 2012. From June 2015 to the present, Carl Rathbone has been employed as a Project Engineer at Lear Corporation. Carl Rathbone completed O Levels at Belgrave High School, Tamworth, from 1975 to 1980 and obtained a Higher National Certificate (HNC) from West Bromwich Technology College between 1980 and 1984.
