Carla Burney Jones

Carla Burney Jones is Vice President, Global Audit Services, at Lear Corporation. She oversees Lear’s Internal Audit function, the company’s independent, objective, and cooperative source of assurance and assistance for managing risks, maintaining effective internal control and governance processes, and achieving business objectives.

Since joining Lear in 2002, Burney Jones served in various financial management positions, including Director, Financial Reporting, and Chief Compliance Officer. Formerly, she was an audit manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Burney Jones currently serves on the nonprofit boards of Starfish Family Services (chair) and The Co-Ette Club of Detroit. She also volunteers with the Girl Scouts of Southeastern Michigan.
