Carlos Ramon B. has extensive experience in automation, process engineering, and team management, having worked at Lear Corporation from 2018 to 2022 in various roles, including RFQ & Industrial Engineering Coordinator and Automation & RFQ Engineering Manager. Prior to this, Carlos served as a Process Engineer at Valeo Climate Control from 2006 to 2012 and as an Information Systems Trainer at Valeo from 2004 to 2006. Currently, Carlos is pursuing a degree in Information Systems Engineering at the Facultad de Informatica de Barcelona (UPC).
