Celso Elia

Celso Elia is an experienced Internal Audit, Risk Management, and SOX Compliance professional with a focus on internal controls, risk assessment, and process improvement. They held positions at KPMG Brasil as an Audit Senior and at Ford Motor Company, where they served as both a South America Internal Auditor and a Latin America Internal Auditor, leading complex audits and delivering strategic recommendations. Currently, Celso serves as the South America Internal Controls and SOX Coordinator at Lear Corporation, managing audits and enhancing governance and compliance strategies across multiple manufacturing plants. Celso also operates with a strong entrepreneurial background, having owned a small tailoring company prior to their auditing career. They are pursuing further education at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
