Charles Benton Jr.

Charles Benton Jr. is an experienced professional in operations management with a strong background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Plant Superintendent at Lear Corporation since March 2015, Charles oversees a team of 310 employees and manages a facility contributing $20 million in annual revenue. Prior to this role, Charles held several positions at AutoZone, including Senior Production Coach and Store Manager, where achievements included leading a $2 million store operation, exceeding Key Performance Indicators, and recognition as Store Manager of the Year in 2007.
