Charles Castilho

Charles Castilho has extensive experience in finance and operations management, notably serving as Strategic Business Unit Manager at Affiliated Computer Services from November 2006 to December 2007, where responsibilities included managing accounting services for General Motors across multiple South American countries. Castilho advanced to the role of GM South America Operations Director at ACS, a Xerox Company, from January 2010 to December 2013, overseeing a large team and managing complex financial operations. At Lear Corporation from April 2014 to June 2016, Castilho implemented a shared services center, achieving significant cost reductions and recognition for service excellence. Currently, Castilho holds the position of South America Treasurer, reporting directly to the CFO and Global Treasurer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Foreign Trade and an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
