Chris Mazzoli

Chris Mazzoli is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor, employment, and compliance matters. Currently serving as Vice President and Counsel for Labor and Employment at Lear Corporation since May 2019, Mazzoli has held multiple senior titles within the organization, including Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, and Employment & Compliance Counsel. Prior to this, Mazzoli practiced law at Bodman PLC from February 1998 to April 2019, and at Keywell and Rosenfeld from May 1994 to February 1998. Mazzoli earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan, complemented by a brief educational experience at Universidad de Sevilla.
