Dan Krafft

Dan Krafft is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in purchasing and management. Currently serving as the Non Production Purchasing Manager at Lear Corporation since January 2004, Dan is responsible for procuring IT-related commodities, including hardware, professional services, and software solutions. Previously, Dan contributed as an SAP Business System Analyst, supporting the launch of SAP SRM for production purchasing, and as a Steel Buyer, negotiating steel requirements for North America and leading global initiatives. Prior to Lear Corporation, Dan held the position of National Support Manager at Lease Marketing, Ltd., where leadership of a team of 13 Regional Managers and 110 employees focused on customer satisfaction and performance tracking was essential. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Personnel Administration from Michigan State University, completed in 1990.
