Dave Menzies

Dave Menzies is currently the Global Director of Engineering and Program Management at Lear Corporation, overseeing engineering and program management for connection systems on a global scale. Menzies has held various roles at Lear Corporation since 2021, including Director of Engineering and Engineering Supervisor, focusing on high voltage connector systems. Previously, Menzies worked as a Mechanical Designer at Grote & Hartmann America from 1999 to 2004, where responsibilities included product design, CAD administration, and quality coordination. Menzies earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and an ASET in Manufacturing Technology from Northern Michigan University.
