David Alcón Leno

David Alcón Leno is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader currently at Lear Corporation, where they oversee recruitment in Western Europe and manage Project Pilsen. Previously, David worked in various HR roles, including as an HR Technician at PortAventura and MAHLE, where they led recruitment initiatives and developed employer branding strategies. They have also held positions as a Senior Recruiter at Randstad and briefly served as a Neuropsychologist. David holds a Master’s degree in Neuropsychology from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and has completed undergraduate studies in Psychology at multiple institutions.
