Diego Santos is an accomplished product engineer with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Product Engineer Specialist at Lear Corporation since October 2010, overseeing new business quotations and managing key performance indicators for South America product engineering. Prior roles include Senior Product Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed launching significant projects for FCA and providing customer support, as well as earlier positions involving seat development and project support for global engineering teams.
