Doug Andrews, CHMM, CSP, is a Global Manager of Environmental Compliance and Sustainability at Lear Corporation, where they audit facilities and develop programs to enhance environmental compliance. With over 20 years of experience in EHS program development, they have successfully led various initiatives across multiple organizations, including A123 Systems and Great Lakes Gas Transmission. Doug has earned a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Hazardous Waste Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Med and Science.
