Eric Harden

Eric Harden has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Lear Corporation since January 2002. Prior roles at Lear Corporation include Director of Finance - Global Structures, Global Cost Estimating Director - Structures, and Platform Controller. Prior to Lear Corporation, Eric Harden was Plant Manager/Controller at National Standard Company and held the position of Plant Controller at Aeroquip-Vickers, where responsibilities also included internal audit. Eric Harden holds an MBA in Business from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School, obtained between 2002 and 2005, and a BBA in Accounting from Northwood University, completed in 1992.
