Eric Salo serves on the Board of Directors for First Tee - Greater Detroit since September 2024. Previously, Eric held multiple roles at Lear Corporation, including Global Business Manager and Director of Strategy and Product Management, from July 2017 to January 2018. Between February 2018 and March 2020, Eric was the Director for Industrials & Energy at The Beacon Group, part of Accenture. Early career experience includes positions at Eagle Ottawa and Oakland University, where Eric focused on R&D in organic chemistry and product development. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Leather Technology and International Marketing from The University of Northampton, an MBA from IE Business School, and a BS in Biochemistry from Oakland University, along with a certificate in Business in China from Fudan University.
