Erika Hall

Erika Hall is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior HR Advisor at Lear Corporation since July 2021. Previously, Erika held the same title at Merit from October 2020 to July 2021. A significant tenure at VANTEC EUROPE LIMITED from May 2005 to October 2020 involved positions from HR Strategic Development Manager to Human Resources Officer. Erika began the HR career as a Human Resources Administrator at Silentnight Group, working there from September 1999 to April 2005. Erika holds a Mental Health First Aider qualification from Mind Mental Health Charity (2019) and an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Sunderland (2005), alongside a Certificate in Personnel Practice from New College Durham (2002).
