Gene Serbise

Gene Serbise has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Operations Manager at Lear Corporation since November 2016. Prior to this role, Gene worked as Operations Manager at Miesto International Foods Corp for a brief period in 2016. Gene’s earlier career includes a long tenure at Amkor Technology, Inc., also as Operations Manager from September 1998 to March 2016, and an initial position as Industrial Engineer at TMX Philippines Inc. in 1997. Gene holds a degree from the University of San Jose-Recoletos, earned in 1997.
