Glauber Costa is currently the Plant Manager at Lear Corporation, where they oversee team management, project engineering, and budget creation. With a solid foundation in industrial engineering, Glauber has held various roles, including Sr Operations Manager and Process Engineering Supervisor, where they managed teams and developed new industrial processes. Glauber previously worked at Nemak as a toolmaker and at Aethra Automotive Systems as an industrial apprentice.
