Hayat Boufaraa

Hayat Boufaraa is a Senior Engineering Technician with over 23 years of experience in equipment, production, and process optimization. Since 2013, they have worked at Lear Automotive Systems, specializing in the production and process engineering of polyurethane foam injection. Prior to that, they held a position at Delphi Automotive Systems from 2003 to 2013, focusing on continuous improvement and engineering changes. Hayat is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering at ENSI, building on their academic background that includes a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering and qualifications in business management and accounting.
