Heidi Wilhelm is a certified Project Management Professional and change facilitator with over 12 years of experience driving successful results in complex projects. Currently serving as a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager at Lear Corporation, they previously held positions at Ohio University and Ed Map, Inc., where they showcased expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies. As a motivated self-starter with strong emotional intelligence, Heidi thrives in collaborative environments and is skilled in utilizing the Atlassian Suite of tools and Microsoft Office software. They also owned a small business from 2000 to 2009 and worked as an Information Technology Project Manager at UnitedHealth Group early in their career.
