Ivania Pons

Ivania Pons is a seasoned Marketing, Communications, and PR Director at Lear Corporation, where they have been since 2021. Previously, Ivania served as a Marketing Consultant at Kvase Global Marketing and held marketing management roles at URBI, Grupo CR3, SUBARU, and Volkswagen de Mexico. Ivania also imparted knowledge as a professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2014 to 2021. They obtained an MBA from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and a certificate in Digital Marketing from Columbia Business School.
