Jacob Lay

Jacob Lay is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Plant Superintendent and formerly holding multiple roles including Warehouse Superintendent, Materials Specialist, Quality Specialist, and HR Specialist at Lear Corporation since June 2020, Jacob has demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement and production efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as a Construction Project Manager at Rosema Corporation and HR Intern positions at Android Industries and Advanced Assembly LLC, where Jacob also worked as a Production Operator. Jacob Lay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the Indiana Institute of Technology.
